In the Clote Lab for Structural Bioinformatics in the Biology Department of Boston College, I worked on the design/implementation of algorithms for RNA secondary and tertiary structure, gene finders, combinatorics of RNA shapes, and related issues.
I am currently pursuing researches on efficient tools for RNA design as a CNRS junior scientist in the Computer Science Department of École Polytechnique, France.
