NOTE - The dendrograms are grouped in the following way:

• Agglomeration method used in the Hierarchical Clustering (Ward or Average) of the distance matrices.
• The family of which the results belong to (Beta Purple Bacteria, Green Non-Sulfur Bacteria, and Nuclear).
• The distance metric used by RNAdistance to produce the distance matrix (-DP {base pair}, -Dc {coarse}, -Dw {weighted coarse})
